    A retainer is NF3 running a channel or set of channels for you, from strategy through to reporting. A fractional engagement is a named specialist from our team embedding inside your business for an agreed number of days per week. Retainers suit businesses that want senior operators owning the work. Fractional suits businesses that already have a growth lead and need firepower in a specific lane.

  • How quickly can you start?

    Usually within two weeks. Discovery call, one-page SOW, kick-off the following Monday. We have onboarded clients in seven days when the brief was tight.

  • How do you measure success?

    Per engagement. For paid, that's typically contribution margin, payback period, and incremental revenue. For product and CRM, it's conversion rate lift on the experiments that ship and downstream retention. We agree the success metric on day one and put it in the Friday report from week one.

  • Who owns the work?

    You do. Ad accounts, dashboards, creative files, audience data. All in your name from day one. We are operating your stack on your behalf.

  • What does the contract look like?

    A standard B2B services agreement between your company and NF3, with a one-page SOW per engagement. We're happy to send a template before the discovery call if it helps.

  • What does a fractional growth team cost?

    Engagements are priced based on scope and the number of days per week. A full retainer running paid, CRM and creative across a single business sits at the higher end. A fractional specialist in one lane sits at the lower end. We share a price band on the discovery call once we understand the scope.

    NF3 was founded by Alex Sowter and Ellie Ivanova. Alex was previously Head of Growth at DELLI, UK Growth Operations Lead at Deliveroo, Growth Manager at Fat Llama (Y Combinator) and the first UK marketing hire at OYO. Ellie was previously at TikTok, where she built TikTok strategy for Nestle, Mars, Huel and Suntory, and at Google, where she audited more than 100 internal media campaigns across EMEA.
